What happens if I lose the keycard?
The SecureDrawer Pro™ comes with a spare keycard and 2 keyfobs which can also be used to unlock the device.
What if the batteries die whilst the device is locked?
Not to worry! The SecureDrawer Pro™ lasts around 6-9 months with batteries. When the battery gets low, the device will sound an alarm as a reminder to replace them promptly. When the battery is ultra low, the device will remain unlocked until they are replaced.
How do you set up the device?
Simply align the device to connect when you close your drawer. For the best sense of security, we strongly recommend to use the screws that are provided, however you can also use strong double-sided sticky tape.
