What should I do if my fingerprint cannot be recognised?
Usually if fingerprint recognition is unsuccessful, it is because the fingerprints are worn, peeled, scratched or dirty. Fingerprints can only be successful when the window is clean and dry. In order to prevent finger scratches, it is recommended to enter at least 3 fingerprints after purchase.
How many fingers can be registered?
Two fingerprints must be registered in succession for the first time, and up to 8 fingerprints can be added later.
What should I do if the battery is dead?
Connect the charging port with Micro USB, when the red light is on, it means it is charging. Unlock normally. When the light is off, it is fully charged.
How long can I use a full charge?
It can stand by for 12 months when it is fully charged, and the red light
will flash when the lock is opened and when the battery is low.
